Registration Now Open - BCE Management and Leadership Development Programme

CESA’s Business of Consulting Engineering (BCE) Management and Leadership Development Programme is a one-year programme aimed at equipping young engineers to be highly productive, effective, efficient and confident in handling the non-technical aspects of their careers that are not covered in their normal tertiary engineering qualification. Hurry and register now for the 2020 BCE.

We asked a few of our member firm’s HR Managers, why their companies invested in sending young professionals on the BCE:

  • To develop young talent in the organisation to be ready for future leadership roles (& aid them towards professional registration) – they would then also be aware that we are invested in their development.
  • To give them a more comprehensive understanding of the consulting engineering environment and especially the ‘non-technical’ aspects involved in the environment.
  • To improve their overall problem solving, decision making and leadership skills and by so doing, improve business performance.
  • To equip candidates with the holistic picture of a consulting engineering firm. They get to understand the entrepreneurial side of the business.
  • To invest in our employees in Junior and Middle management.

Hear what previous students who have attended the BCE Leadership Development Programme have to say:
