HOW TO USE THIS WEB SITE?

 

 

PUBLIC AREA

 

All users have access to the public area on the website. There users can view the General Information, Rules & Regulations as well as Prizes applicable to the day.
 
USER REGISTRATION
 
If you would like to enter or maintain team information on-line you are required to first register as a user. This can be done by clicking on the link (Click here to register) just below the login boxes. After successfully completing the user registration your registration details will be verified where after you will be notified via e-mail or telephone to confirm that your registration have been approved or rejected. After being approved you can login with your username and password and will gain access to enter and maintain as many teams as you wish.
 
LOGIN PROCEDURE
 
Enter your username and password in the login boxes provided. If you do not yet have a username and password please follow the instructions under “User Registration” above.
 
ENTERING AND MAINTAINING TEAM INFORMATION
 

On successful login a "Team list" will be displayed indicating the company representative's detail followed by the various teams. The following detail of each team will be displayed: Official Team no, Team name, Team members, Status as well as proof of payment have been received. New teams can be entered by clicking on the "New Team" button at the bottom of the page. A "Team no" will be automatically assigned as soon as the team members have been entered and "Submitted". To maintain the information of any team click on the "Team Name" on the Team List page, make the changes and "Submit" it. Note: After any changes have been made to any of the pages, these changes need to be "Submitted" to make them effective. Individual team captains can maintain their own teams if required, by following the same process of user registration as explained above.
The company representative will receive an e-mail from time to time presenting them with the team information as currently entered for the relay.

 

SOCIAL AREA RESERVATION   On successful login a "Team list" will be displayed indicating the company representative's detail followed by the various teams. Navigate to the Social Area Reservation page by pressing the “Social Area” menu item on the left hand side. A map with all the social areas together with a list of those available will be displayed. Reservations can be made by selecting the desired area(s) and pressing the “Submit” button. You will be required to provide proof of payment within 3 working days after reserving an area. Should you fail to do so the area will be unreserved?
