Legal Liability Occupational Health and Safety (OHSA)

Claims are very commonplace in the industry. Many claims fail due to the fact that the parties are unsure of when and how to claim. Thus, this course takes an in-depth look at the cause for claims and the procedures to follow in order to notify, to quantity and to submit them so as to enhance the probability of success when bringing a claim. The responsibility of the employer's agent to respond properly and effectively to claims, and how this should be done, is also examined and covered thus eliminating possible disputes from arising in connection with claims.
