BCE Development Programme graduates partner to establish consulting firm

The Business of Consulting Engineering (BCE) Development Programme offered by the CESA School of Consulting Engineering (SCE) has seen over 150 professionals attend and successfully complete this important programme.

The programme, which students now attend online, focuses on developing non-technical skills, from project inception to project completion, incorporating many consulting engineering environment, business and project finance, legal and contractual, and inter-personal skills subjects, essential for a career in consulting engineering, that is not part of standard tertiary engineering education.

We caught up with ISAO Consulting Engineers’ managing director, Sechaba Kou; professional electrical engineer, Itai Gonese; and mechanical engineer, Stanley Ngarandi, who spoke about their experience in the programme and how it has positively impacted their professional journey.

ISAO Consulting is a multi-disciplinary consulting entity established in March 2019 and located in Johannesburg, Gauteng. Watch the video on our YouTube channel to listen to what they had to say: https://youtu.be/F8BKRDh0tjQ
