still problematic in the eyes of the dti as it may compromise trade agreements South Africa has with the WTO.
However the dti has undertaken to explore alternative options available to CESA.

Again, the CESA Contracts Section (“Bookroom”) has been very active during the year; selling contract
documentation from the FIDIC and JBCC suites as well as the GCC 2014, CESA’s Model Professional Services
Agreement, Short Form of Agreement and Sub consultancy Form of Agreement as well as the CESMM3-
SA Civil Engineering Standard Method of Measurement. The PROCSA Forms of Agreement are no longer
available in hard copy and hence cannot be stocked nor promoted from the CESA Bookroom.
