Job Shadow CESA’s Young Professionals Forum (YPF)
Job Shadow Initiative

Better Future for More than 900 Lives





is committed to growing our country’s
much-needed engineering skills. The YPF
once again invited all member firms to get
involved in the Job Shadow Initiative which
was extended to take place over 2 months
during June and July this year. The aim of the
Job Shadow Initiative is to expose learners
not only to the engineering environment but
to the Consulting Engineering experience in
particular.


Congratulations to Hatch Goba, ILISO
Consulting, UWP and Royal HaskoningDHV
for winning the CESA YPF Job Shadow
Initiative. Hatch Goba was announced the
overall winner, followed by ILISO Consulting,
Hatch Goba - Winner
as 1st runners-up and Royal HaskoningDHV Job Shadow Initiative Poster Competition
and UWP as joint 2nd runners-up at
the prestigious CESA Aon Engineering
Excellence Awards Gala Dinner on the 14 August
2013.

More than 900 young lives - high school juniors
and seniors, from diverse backgrounds shadowed
engineering professionals for a day at their
workplace. These young people now stand
a chance of having a better future due to the
opportunity afforded by member firms to spend a
day in a life of a consulting engineer.
