New Appointments





Ntake Moloi
CESA is pleased to announce the appointment of
Ntake Moloi as Manager: Education and Training.
Ntake is a Natural Professional Scientist and is
registered with the South African Council for
Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP). His
highest qualification is a Master of Science degree
in Computational and Applied Mathematics
(Optimization) obtained in 2001. As a teacher
he taught Mathematics at Mophate Secondary
School and then moved into lecturing at the
University of the North West, Mmabatho. He
has also been involved in Operations Research
and Mine Planning while working for de Beers.
Ntake has co-published a paper in the area
of Mathematical Programming in a journal of
optimization: N. P. Moloi and M. M. Ali. 2005.

for Potential Energy Minimization,” Journal of

Patricia Fanti
Patricia Fanti has been promoted to the position
of Secretary to CESA’s Management Committee
(MANCO). Her role is to provide dedicated and

Affairs as well as to MANCO. Patricia was born
and grew up in Tshiawelo, Soweto and went to Vuwani High where she completed her matric in 1994,
walking 15km to school every day. Patricia is currently close to completing her Public Relations studies
through the University of South Africa and her future goals include studying for a Communications
Science degree.

Caroline Raborife
Caroline Raborife joined CESA in August 2014 as Receptionist. With a background in Accounts
Assistance Caroline’s position also includes assisting managers with the preparation of Purchase
Orders and filing. She has a Certificate in Pastel Accounting obtained 2011 and is currently studying
Bookkeeping through Damelin correspondence.

Blessings Banda
Blessings Banda joined CESA on a permanent basis in March 2014 and is the Training Facilitator:
School of Consulting Engineering. He is responsible for developing and implementing CPD training
courses, and the single point of contact for training providers and service providers. He co-ordinates
the CPD validation process for courses, seminars and workshops for CPD credits and is in charge of
the running and hiring out of the CESA Training Centre. Banda assists with the administration of the
BCE and MCE development programme, including the registration of students and liaising with the
student. He is the Facilitator and Subject Matter Expert and maintains, uploads and updates the SCE
and CESAnet databases.
