of the CESA YPF as its National Chairperson

Jeshika is the Acting Technical Director for the Infrastructure Department at ILISO Consulting’s Kwazulu-
Natal branch. She holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She is passionate
about the consulting engineering industry and the engineering profession. Jeshika has been actively

Associations (GAMA) YPF Steering Committee.

The CESA YPF has strategically structured their working committees to focus on achieving their objectives.
There are a number of specific causes CESA YPF is championing and these have particular relevance to
YP’s in the industry. “Leading CESA YPF is a great honour and an amazing opportunity. The YPF has been
doing fantastic work over the last 10 years. We hope to make the kind of contribution to the industry that
will be the catalyst for positive change. There is much that we can do as engineering consultants, we have
untapped ideas and the might of innovation to drastically impact the lives of people and to exceptionally
serve the needs of our clients”, says Ramchund.

With involvement in projects focused on service delivery, Jeshika sees herself as a social engineer, working
