The overall programme includes approximately thirty-five (35) online classes which are generally delivered on a Tuesday afternoon from 12:45 until about 17:30. The programme runs from about mid to late February until November, with exams scheduled at the end of each trimester.

The online classes are divided into three Trimesters, which broadly cover the work described below. Each online class covers one or more topics outlined in the Learning Programme and incorporates a set of carefully structured Exit and Specific Outcomes. The online classes are designed to provide an overview of the content that the students are expected to master during the Learning Programme.

The online classes are delivered by a group of Subject Matter Experts chosen for their experience and expertise in the area of content they cover. Their curricula vitae, experience and expertise are outlined on the CESAnet.

Trimester 1 – covers the Project Delivery module, selected subjects from the Consulting Engineering Environment module, and topics from the Interpersonal Skills module.

Trimester 2 – covers the Legal & Contract Law Module, and selected subjects from the Consulting Engineering Environment module, and topics from the Interpersonal Skills module.

Trimester 3 – covers the Business & Project Finance module and the rest of the subjects from the Consulting Engineering Environment module, and topics from the Interpersonal Skills module.
