Ground rules have been set for the programme to provide students with a framework within which to conduct their personal and professional learning. The signed Student Agreement binds all parties for the duration of the student's participation in the programme.

This learning programme is a personal and professional management development programme aimed mainly at young engineers, and others in the built environment professions, that work in consulting engineering companies or in organisations, where the principles of project delivery related to the built environment are well established.
