Overview

The intention of this course is to provide delegates with the knowledge, understanding and the essential skills to perform Quality Management System (QMS) internal audits, against the ISO series of standards. Gain confidence in planning and performing an effective internal audit, as well as, reporting and taking corrective action where necessary.
