Legal Liability Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA)

Overview

 

Legal liability Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA) course is specifically designed to assist any person employed in the mining environment, contractors, and engineers to acquire a better understanding of the MHSA. It will also assist all role players to be familiar with their roles and responsibilities and onus of liability stipulated under the MHSA. The course further focusses on correct reading, interpretation, and compliance.

  • Accidents, Investigation, Enquiry, Appeal and Incorporate standard;
  • Negligent Act, Offence, Penalty and Special Order;
  • Appointments, Case Law and Workshop.
