Overview

This course introduces the delegates to the necessity and requirements of operational readiness—a new, emerging project management practice. Examples of projects that were otherwise successful in terms of being on-time, on-budget and to-specifications still failed to meet the intended business and/or operational targets. Furthermore, the processes as well as the five most pertinent requirements of operational readiness are discussed in detail to capacitate project professionals in performing operational readiness.
