Excitingly, an avalanche of new brain research has made this leadership course simpler and more powerful. So, by concentrating on a few big discoveries, neuroscience has allowed us to focus on the new basics and produce a leadership system that is intuitive and easier to implement.   • The TEC System elegantly takes us through the stages of trust building (i.e. vulnerability/authenticity, transparency, shared values), how to engage (i.e. shared vision, career path) and how to display competence (shared mission, and lead by example)
  • Rate yourself as a Leader using the TEC Model calculations. Rate a Leader (3600 Evaluation).
  • Emotional Intelligence: various EQ exercises that look at Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Motivation, Empathy & Social Skills.
  • Employee Engagement tips (i.e. Q12). Why Employee Experience (EX) Trumps Customer Experience
  • “Lean” Strategy: How to get everyone to implement the strategy, and why so few plans are implemented.
