Project Management Professional (PMP) Course for the Built Environment Professionals

Overview

The primary purpose of the course is to provide learners with a foundation of basic project management knowledge and skills that can be used to build further project management related competencies. The course is designed to also educate attendees to have the competence to be an effective project team member, provide project administrative support to an organisation, aid a project manager of medium to large projects, plan, execute and control small projects, and support project management processes in specialised technical areas. In addition, the course will take you through all the topics covered in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®).
