Business Ethics

Overview

  lack of business ethics   has been shown to be a strong contributor to business success, and indeed to failure. Business ethics has a strong influence on both the sustainability of companies as well as the careers of managers.

Why Should an Individual Attend?

At the end of the programme, you will be able to:

  • Explain what business ethics is and why every company needs to practice this
  • Distinguish between personal and business ethics
  • Understand that business ethics differ in different cultures and countries
  • Be aware of the different approaches to ethical decision making

Who Should Attend?

Since business ethics has an element of management studies that has been ignored until recently, this course is applicable to all staff that have not been exposed to this concept. Noting that the lack of ethics is often manifested at front line and procurement staff, the course is equally applicable to such employees as well as custodians of the company culture, i.e. senior management
