Overview

The lack of effective leadership has often been highlighted as a common problem in the failure of many projects. The questions that often arise are: Do project practitioners really know what constitutes leadership in projects? Also, what can they do to improve success of projects? This course is tailored to answer these critical questions relating to improvement of leadership in projects.
