Overview

The FIDIC Green Book is suitable for construction projects where the perceived level of risk is low and/or where construction parties need a contract form that is simpler to use and does not require highly complex and contract administration and management resources.

The Green Book 2nd Edition is managed by the Engineer and is a significantly improved new contract in the FIDIC suite. It shares the FIDIC principles of balanced risk sharing and is used as an alternative to the 2017 2nd edition Red and Yellow Books.
