Overview

The purpose of this course is to provide delegates with knowledge and the abilities necessary to fulfil their role as team leader or supervisor. This course will assist team leaders and supervisors to understand their roles and provide them with the relevant skills to manage the team more effectively. The skills acquired will assist in the achievement of organisational standards.
