Full payment (i.e. received proof of payment) is required before the start of the course, seminar, webinar, workshop (event).
- Non- payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.
- No show (without prior notice) will be charged the full registration fee.
- Substitution is allowed.
- Cancellations and refunds will only be accepted in writing, 3 working days prior to the training date. Cancellations on the day of the course may result in the forfeiture of the event fee.
CESA NPC's School of Consulting Engineering (SCE) reserves the right to refuse participants entry into the event, change the event programme, postpone, or cancel an event, due to unforeseen circumstances, including without limitation, any fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of the event impracticable or impossible.
Strict online protocols will be adhered to at all times during the event.
At the end of the event, the delegate will be required to complete an online quiz. This quiz is a multiple choice quiz, in which the participant must score at least 60%, before receiving their CPD attendance certificate.
The participants will only receive their CPD attendance certificate, once the participant has passed their online quiz, completed an online event evaluation form, and payment has been received in full by the SCE.
The online link (the link to join the course) will be sent to the participant in the confirmation email. It is the responsibility of the participant to let the SCE know if they have not received the online link to the event prior to the event
Our events are conducted via Zoom or Ms Teams, kindly let us know if there are any restrictions from your organisation, pertaining to the use of these platforms.
