New Engineering Contracts (NEC 4)

Overview

This course provides in-depth training on the procurement, administration and management of NEC forms of contract. It covers the roles and responsibilities of the parties and those of the project manager and supervisor, payment provisions, the submission of programs, completion and dealing with defects, variations, compensation events, early warnings, termination and disputes.
