Managing Lifecycle in Large & Complex Infrastructure Projects

Overview

This course introduces the delegates to a system’s view of the project lifecycle based on Systems Thinking and/or Systems Engineering. It shows how Systems Engineering and project management could work together to enhance the delivery of complex projects.

Why Should an Individual Attend?

This course will help delegates to depart from the traditional “getting the job done” to a new paradigm of “delivering the right project right”. The delegates will gain a practical appreciation of interfacing with operations to elicit their needs and requirements.
