Managing Project Business Case - The Systems Approach

Overview

This course presents projects as investment initiatives that need to yield economic, social and financial returns—creating value for investors and other stakeholders (e.g., community) that have participated. Tools and techniques to gauge viability and elements of the business case are discussed. Projects are building blocks to strategy implementation; thus, the links between strategy, projects and benefits realisation are also discussed.
