Consultants and other professionals registered with any of the six (6) professional councils under the Council for the Built Environment (CBE) will be in a better position to compile the five types of Professional Services Agreements. The six professional councils are:

South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP), established by the Architectural Profession Act, 2000;
