What was the one thing that you learnt from the candidacy phase in your life?
The importance of documenting the projects and training etc. that we undergo. Keeping a diary is the best thing you
can do for yourself.
What are your future plans as professional: constantly improve personally and professionally. Use this
experience to challenge myself and not settle for the mundane. My next goal is to complete my MBA.
Name: Stacie Moorhead

What is the difference now that you are registered?
The biggest difference once I became registered besides bragging

projects as well as mentoring younger staff members. It is great to
be given new challenges and also help others learn and develop

my eye on the target (Registration).
How did your mentor support & guide you during your
programme?
My mentor always expected the best and pushed me to take on
more responsibility as I progressed through my Candidacy. He
Stacie Moorhead (AECOM SA) also made me question what I was doing so that I had a better
understanding of why and what the purpose of doing work in a
certain way was.
