Against this backdrop, Consulting Engineers South Africa (CESA) today announced the launch of the CESA Aon Engineering Excellence Awards 2025, set for 21 August 2025, at Vodacom World, in Midrand.

These awards are not just about celebrating great design – they are about recognising the engineers and projects that are actively unlocking economic growth and improving essential services across the nation. Infrastructure development remains a key driver of South Africa’s economy, and these awards shine a light on how engineering excellence is critical to overcoming the barriers holding the country back.
