CESA School of Consulting Engineering launches new neuroscience course
11 July 2025 – Consulting Engineers South Africa’s (CESA’s) School of Consulting Engineering (SCE) has introduced a Neuroscience in Leadership programme that leverages the latest breakthroughs in neuroscience to simplify and strengthen leadership skills.
“The SCE is pleased to introduce this new course to our members. It is important that education and training entities, such as ourselves, regularly update and introduce new courses to equip members with the latest tools and insights, allowing delegates to meet emerging challenges head-on,” CESA CEO Chris Campbell says.
Campbell adds that in today’s business environment, continuous learning is not just an option, it is a necessity. “It means staying curious, adapting to new knowledge and refining your skills to remain relevant and effective. For a professional, continuous learning fuels career growth and resilience,” he notes.
Managers spend approximately 80% of their day influencing and inspiring others. Providing a practical, intuitive framework that leaders can immediately apply in their professional and personal lives, this one-day course equips delegates with a powerful, easy-to-apply framework – the Trust, Engagement, Competencies (TEC) Leadership System – that enhances leadership at all levels.
