CESA Free State YPF Leadership Seminar

The CESA Young Professionals Forum hosted  the CESA Free State  Leadership Seminar on the 22 September  in Bloemfontein.  The event was aimed at providing a unique and dynamic platform for all the built environment and engineering young professionals (YPs) to learn how to shape their career path and advance their leadership development as professionals in this industry. It was a very memorable event filled with insightful presentations and networking opportunities.  

YPF Representative, Tshepo Moabelo welcomed the guests and introduced the speakers . The first speaker of the day was Allicia Cupido from the Free State Department of Public Works and Infrastructure presenting a topic titled, ‘Leadership – professional engineering career path, from a government engineer perspective’. Following Allicia was Pulane Motloi, Civil Engineering Technologist at African Engineering and Construction Solutions who gave a detailed presentation on ‘Leadership – how to become a well-rounded engineering leader/consulting engineer?’ Discussing more about ‘Leadership – how to become a well-rounded engineering leader/municipal engineer?was the last speaker Letshego Sehume from the Municipal Infrastructure Support Agency.
