The CESA Youth Best Practice Webinar was held on Wednesday, 14 September aimed at educating  young engineering professionals about taking charge of their careers and assisting them in developing leadership and management skills. The session was facilitated by Swesha Machere, a candidate engineer, at BVi Consulting and the Vice Chairman of the CESA YPF Gauteng South Region. Knight Piesold Southern Africa Regional Manager Vishal Haripersad shared his insights and engaged with guests through a presentation titled ‘Leadership and Management (Engineering Career Path and the Business of Consulting Engineers).’
