Consulting Engineers South Africa (CESA) President Abe Thela announces that CEO Lefadi Makibinyane has unexpectedly resigned and is currently serving his notice until the end of January.

Mr Makibinyane stated that it was not an easy decision for him to make, but unfortunately after all considerations put before him, he found it to be the most optimal decision to make at this current moment in his professional career.

He thanked CESA for the opportunity and support it gave him over the past 18 months of his tenure, wishing CESA and the sector it represents all the luck going forward.

“CESA wants to acknowledge Mr Makibinyane’s contribution to the organisation. We wish him well in his future endeavors, especially as the new CEO of Amatola Water,” says Thela.
