Jeshika Ramchund is a Lead Engineer for the Developments Division at Bosch Projects in Kwazulu-Natal. She has demonstrated a zest for mentorship through project work and giving her team the opportunity to grow. Jeshika plays an active role within CESA and has recently been appointed as the Chair of the CESA Diversity Committee

Dr Uduak Ekpenyong is a Manager within Aurecon’s Asset Management team. Besides being an engineer, she is also a researcher. She is passionate about energy efficiency and renewable energy.

Waseemah Isaacs from Knight Piésold started her career as a Civil Technician in 2002. She has over 17 years of engineering experience which includes civil services design viz. stormwater, water and foul sewer reticulation; road alignment design and road drainage design.

Tryphine Madhombiro Kajaridzire is a young engineer at Mtema Mashao Consulting Engineers. One of her career objectives is to mentor a team of young civil engineers, in particular women, ensuring that they become excellent in their line of work.

Prissy Kendsly’s experience of driving a grader and excavator planted a seed for the love of site work which was to become a lifelong love affair. A Civil Engineering Technician at Mariswe, she looks forward to the different challenges in every new job.

Boitumelo Matyeka is a civil engineer with 10 years’ experience within the engineering environment. She is a Civil Engineer at BVi Consulting Engineers and specialises in township service designs and project management. Her relevant experience includes, sewer reticulation, potable water, roads and stormwater. Her key strengths are engineering design, site supervision.

Zanele Ndaba is a Control and Instrumentation (C&I) Engineer and currently the Lead C&I Engineer for the Electrical and Instrumentation Division at Bosch Projects in KwaZulu-Natal. She has 8 years’ experience in the process instrumentation and control systems industry.

During her time at Knight Piésold, Kissandra has worked on the design of some of the largest bulk water infrastructure projects in KZN. She hopes to be an example to other young females in the industry, that women can be successful in both their career and personal endeavours.

Annemarie Smallberger is a registered professional engineer with 7 years’ experience within the built environment. She is a Professional Structural Engineer at BVi Consulting Engineers. The mining industry has benefitted from her well thought out, meticulous designs and timeous project implementation within budget.

Amandla Tokwe joined Aurecon as an Associate – Capital Projects, Infrastructure Advisory in 2018. She is a seasoned and multidimensional Forensic Audit Professional with 18 years’ experience across various industries, working for clients in both the public and the private sector.

Gabi Wojtowitz is a senior geotechnical engineer and Associate at Aurecon with more than 13 years’ experience. She is a recipient of various industry awards including ‘Young Engineer of the Year’ at the 2016 CESA Aon Engineering Excellence Awards. Her experience includes a wide range of civil infrastructure projects, including tall and super-tall buildings, bridges, sport stadia, large commercial developments, wind and solar farms, railways, large metro projects, harbours and mining infrastructure.

Annalize Visser is a Lead Engineer: Water and Sanitation at Mariswe. She has 22 years’ experience in the engineering field and her philosophy to be successful is, to never stop learning from your colleagues and never stop sharing with others what you have learned.

Bongani Mthombeni-Möller is the Strategic Business Development Executive for SMEC South Africa, a member of the Executive Management team (EXCO) and also the Regional Manager of the SMEC SA Gauteng South Region. She is the custodian of the SMEC SA Supplier Development Programme which empowers emerging businesses, and assists them in every facet of business, thereby enabling sustainable growth.

Nokuthula Linda Kutshwa is an influential woman who is zealous about civil engineering. Currently overseeing Mtema Mashao Consulting Engineers’ engineering office in Nelspruit, she is a keen problem solver and has been a driving force in various civil and structural engineering projects.

Mmashaba Motimele is a Site Engineer and Site Manager at Zanecebo Engineers (construction wing of Zanecebo Consulting). She is passionate about the built environment and its diversity and aspires to be a contracts manager in the future.

Meghan Brinkley is part of the Management Services team in SMEC South Africa’s Johannesburg office. She is a Section Manager and Professional Engineer, specialising in water demand management projects.

Mmabatho Lekalakala is a Structural Engineer Zanecebo Consulting with almost six years’ experience in the field. She is intensively involved in the construction monitoring of the design projects, ensuring quality control of the site works.
