Mpumalanga and North West Presidential Webinar  

On Thursday, 20 October we hosted the CESA Mpumalanga and North West Presidential Webinar. A successful virtual event comprised of aline-up of distinguished speakers.. The CESA North West Branch Chairperson Booi Dandashe was the MC for the Webinar. Welcoming attendees and speakers was Chalmers Pagiwa, CESA Mpumalanga Branch Chairperson followed by our President, Olu Soluade delivering our presidential ‘Call to Service’ address.  

Olu Soluade was followed by Edwin J Baloyi, the Director of the Mpumalanga Government: Public Works, Roads & Transport, Design and Materials who gave a presentation on  “Mpumalanga’s integrated transport system and infrastructure – promotion of socio-economic development” that highlighted their spectrum of service delivery.  

The final Speaker in the Mpumalanga and North West Presidential Webinar before the discussion session was the Deputy Director of the North West Government’s Department of Finance, infrastructure, Mphuthumi Lugwali. He unpacked , “Prioritisation of infrastructure delivery – funding and implementation in NW” which gave more insight in the function and benefits of the Infrastructure Delivery Management System (IDMS).
