Professional Development and Road to Registration Webinar Series – Navigating through Innovation
Our CESA YPF Eastern Cape Branch hosted the Eastern Cape /Border Kei Professional Development and Road to Registration Webinar Series – Navigating through Innovation on 2 August 2024. The webinar explored the role of innovation in the engineering industry and provided young professionals with insights and strategies to navigate these changes effectively. The event aimed to foster learning, engagement, and inspiration among our members. Each speaker shared their experiences and perspectives on how their organisations were pioneering innovative practices in their respective fields.
Women’s Day Yoga Class
The CESA YPF KwaZulu-Natal Branch and the SAIEE KwaZulu-Natal Centre held a special Women’s Day yoga class on 16 August 2024. The event was designed to celebrate the strength and resilience of women. This relaxing and rejuvenating session focused on mindful movement and breathwork, helping participants to connect with their inner peace and strength.
Financial Wellness Event
On 22 August 2024, CESA Gauteng YPF, in collaboration with Investec, hosted a Financial Wellness Event which featured a financial educational talk tailored for engineering professionals who were either currently enrolled in or had completed a four-year qualification (B-Eng/BSc/B-Tech/B-Eng Tech/AdvDip).
The event provided a valuable opportunity for attendees to network with their peers and engage directly with financial experts and private bankers from Investec, all while enjoying sundowners and refreshments.
