This quarter, we rolled out an exciting lineup of webinars designed to equip young professionals across the country with essential tools for career success. From understanding personal lines & professional indemnity insurance to developing leadership and management skills each session delivered practical insights and inspiration for the journey ahead from industry leaders. 

Our  CESA Youth Best Practice Webinar: “Engineering My Life, My Story,” on 1 October, featured guest speaker Monro Jansen, Managing Member at Infraconsult Engineering,  who has over 40 years of relevant experience in the built environment. As a Professional Civil Engineer (PrEng) and Professional Construction Project Manager with more than 25 years’ experience as a civil engineer and project manager, he shared critical insights with our young professionals. We hosted a Personal Lines & Professional Indemnity Insurance webinar,  on 17 July, featuring expert insights from Catherine Allardyce, Siva Naidoo, and Njabulo Mahlangu from Aon South Africa. Brought to you by CESA YPF Western Cape, in collaboration with our valued affiliate Aon South Africa, the session unpacked key considerations for both personal and professional indemnity, aimed to assist individuals and firm better understand risk, coverage tailored to the consulting engineering industry.
