We participated in the Engineering Symposium, held from 25-26 March at the Galleria in Sandton. The symposium was hosted by the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) and the South African Institution of Civil Engineering(SAICE), bringing together industry leaders and practitioners to engage on key issues shaping the engineering profession.
Our CEO Chris Campbell participated in a panel discussion titled: “The Role of Voluntary Associations in Enhancing the Professional Positioning of Engineering Practitioners,” contributing valuable insights on the role of industry bodies in advancing the profession. The session is available to watch online for those who would like to catch up.
Together with our CESA School of Consulting Engineering, we exhibited at the symposium, providing an opportunity to connect with stakeholders, showcase our work, and engage on the future of consulting engineering in South Africa.
Several CESA member firms were in attendance and exhibited at the event, including Triviron Project Management, SMEC, and ROMH Consulting, further demonstrating the depth and diversity of expertise within the CESA membership.
