The Western Cape Volleyball Tournament brought together an impressive 16 teams, each comprising eight players, for a day of spirited competition and camaraderie on 17 February. The event showcased not only athletic talent, but also the strong sense of community within the CESA Western Cape Young Professionals Forum (YPF), as participants connected beyond the workplace in a relaxed and engaging environment.
After a series of closely contested matches, SMEC secured first place, with Zutari finishing in second position and Bosch Projects claiming third. The high level of participation and enthusiasm from all teams contributed to the overall success of the tournament.
Widely regarded as a highlight on the CESA WC YPF calendar, the tournament once again demonstrated the value of creating platforms for networking, team building and fostering professional relationships within the industry.
