MSDs encourage meaningful introspection, helping firms identify strengths, uncover gaps, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of practice. This makes it more than just a compliance tool. 

By engaging with the MSD framework, firms position themselves for greater efficiency, improved quality delivery, and long-term sustainability in an increasingly competitive environment. 

Importantly, while alignment with ISO 9001:2015 principles is embedded within the MSD approach, ISO certification is not a prerequisite for CESA membership. CESA does, however, strongly encourage firms to pursue ISO certification as a mark of quality and commitment to global best practice.
