We congratulate our newest graduates of the Business of Consulting Engineering Management Development Programme (BCE MDP) on successfully completing the programme. 

Their achievements were celebrated on the 19th of August, in Midrand, and reflects the dedication, resilience and commitment required to complete a programme recognised across the consulting engineering industry for developing future leaders. 

This year’s cohort received their certificates from our CEO, Chris Campbell, and our President, Dr Vishal Haripersad, marking the completion of a programme designed to equip consulting engineers with the skills needed to successfully manage projects from inception to closeout, while strengthening their financial, contractual, leadership and entrepreneurial capabilities. 

In her address, our Young Professionals Forum Chair, Marizel Pienaar, highlighted the importance of developing the people behind the infrastructure, noting that the future of engineering would be shaped not only by the infrastructure we build, but also by the people who build it. 

We are proud to celebrate this cohort and look forward to seeing how they apply their knowledge and experience to contribute to the continued growth and development of the consulting engineering profession.
