The second part of the book is devoted to the devoted to the actual process of project delivery and takes the reader through every aspect thereof, starting with the importance of good and professional client relationship, the value of liaison, communications and meetings and the various external factors which influence and project delivery process. Several chapters discuss the actual design process and technical and contractual documentation, and then go on to describe the procurement, construction administration and financial management of projects and site inspections, and finally ends with the activities carried our by the consulting engineer as the project reaches completion.
