Plumbing Africa’s 30th Anniversary Celebration
Our CEO, Chris Campbell, attended the 30th anniversary celebration of Plumbing Africa, a publication that has been instrumental in informing, connecting, and uplifting the plumbing industry for three decades. Hosted by the Institute of Plumbing South Africa, on 8 October, the event celebrated the publication’s enduring role in showcasing excellence and supporting the growth of the profession.
Chris acknowledged the Legends of the Trade – professionals who have dedicated their lives to raising industry standards. He added that their example serves as a reminder that being a professional plumber isn’t just about installing or repairing; it’s about how you work – with integrity, respect, and pride.
IMESA Women’s Day Event
We were excited to attend the Institute of Municipal Engineering of Southern Africa – IMESA’s Women’s Day event on 8 August – a platform dedicated to honouring the important role women play in driving progress and delivering sustainable solutions. We had an opportunity to connect with industry leaders, innovators, and changemakers, including our member firms and their clients. Events like these help us strengthen relationships, spark collaboration, and champion diversity and inclusion within the engineering sector.
Our team, including our School of Consulting Engineering, exhibited at the Reside Summit, held at the Sandton Convention Centre from 9-10 July.
